Narrative Circle

Stories have carried me through life's thresholds—relocations, reinventions, and quiet rebuildings. Having space to tell and be witnessed made my experiences real. And that reality helped me find acceptance.
Now I'm opening a reflective exchange:
Narrative Circle.
Because there are turning points we proudly tell, and turning points we carefully tuck away. Both matter. Both hold power.
The Invitation
Share a story from your life—a turning point, a reimagining, a moment that shifted your path. In return, I'll offer you a 1:1 Narrative Coaching session where we explore your story's layers, meanings, and future possibilities together.
No résumés. No preparation. No performance.
Just you, your words, and a thoughtful space to be witnessed.
How It Works
Submit a brief story (200-500 words written or 2-5 minutes audio) about a turning point in your life
Receive a link to book a complimentary 60-minute coaching session with me
With your permission, I may share an anonymous excerpt as part of a growing archive — a collective space of resonance, connection, and quiet witnessing.
After our session, you'll receive a reflection prompt to continue your narrative exploration
Not Sure Where to Begin?
Here are a few gentle prompts to spark your storytelling:
Share a brief story about someone who has been really kind to you
Tell me about a time when you experienced grief or deep sorrow
Recall an experience from your younger years when you felt pure joy and freedom
Describe a challenging conversation or situation that you had with someone
Share about an aspiration or dream that is not unfolding the way you had hoped
Tell me about a moment when something ended before you were ready
Share a time when you chose a different path than expected
Any incident that is lingering on your mind that perhaps you are trying to make sense of
A Seed Story
Here's a brief story of my own:
I had to work late on this particular day and was approaching the cut-off time to fetch my son from his preschool. With my husband overseas for work, I was the sole caregiver. A mixture of frustration and guilt was building as I contacted the preschool teachers to inform them I'd be late. All of a sudden, a friend who was also fetching his daughter messaged that he had picked up my son and would drop him off at our place. Still in my meeting, I couldn't explain the mix of emotions washing over me. I wasn't used to getting help. Nor accepting it. But in that moment, I realised I needed that support and that it was okay.
Reflection: Looking back, I see how tightly I had been holding the reins of control in all aspects of my life. That day revealed a pattern—my resistance to accepting help wasn't just about childcare, but about vulnerability. Sometimes our most profound shifts happen in these small moments of surrender, when we allow others to step into our carefully constructed worlds. The story I had been telling myself about self-reliance was both empowering and limiting. What new possibilities emerge when we let that story expand to include connection?

Limited Seasonal Offering
Narrative Circle opens quarterly for a limited number of participants to ensure I can give proper attention to each person's story. The current circle is closed! Subscribe to be notified when the next circle opens.
This isn't about perfect storytelling. It's about honouring your life as it unfolds.
You don't need to be "ready". You only need to be real.
